We begin our tour in the living room, admiring the exquisite wallpaper and descended ceiling with serial lighting. The angular sofa allows for pleasant daytime moments, as well as a comfy overnight. LED TV and chest of drawers are set against the opposite wall. The dining table is complemented with white & brown chairs, which further enriches the ambient aesthetics. Right beside are the kitchen cabinets and several practical appliances. Kettle, oven and induction cooktop will certainly meet the needs of a shorter stay. In the bedroom, we encounter a double bed with fresh towels and closet with sliding doors. LED TV is an additional feature, so you can watch your favorite shows while comfortably stretched out on the bed. As for the bathroom, there’s a classic bathtub, water heater, washing machine and modern sanitary ware. All amenities are clean, tidy and ready for our clients. Lastly, there’s a terrace with garden chairs and coffee table, so you can have your morning coffee in the open air.

The popular Belville and A Block settlements, as well as the Delta City shopping center are very close; the Airport City business center takes two stops by bus. Within a short walk through the nearby blocks, you can reach the Sava Quay and enjoy some of the numerous river cafes and bars. The neighboring streets of Omladinskih brigada and Jurija Gagarina are direct traffic links to New Belgrade municipal hall and capital’s downtown. Sava Center and Usce mega mall are ten minutes by public transport. If you use a personal vehicle, parking is free of charge. As an apartment in Belgrade for two, possibly four friends, rent-a-flat DIVA is a reliable option. Kindly recommended.
