What is included in the given rates?

In the given rates following services are included:

– accommodation (Children are counted as adults, so please include them in the number of persons. If you have really small children, please specify them in the query and we will send an offer that is approved by apartment owner).

– cleaning (before and after as well as once a week if stay is longer than 7 days. Daily cleaning is extra charged according to our list-additional services)

– all utilities: specifically gas, electric, local telephone calls, internet and basic cable.

What is NOT included in the given rate?

In the given rate additional services, VAT and City Stay tax are NOT included. City Stay tax is charged per person per day as follows:

– 15 years and older approximately 1.4 €

– Children 7-15 years approximately 0.7 €

– Children up to 7 years do not pay

When do I pay and to whom?

Full amount is to be paid to the person who hands over the keys and signs the contract with you.

Can I pay in euro or another currency?

Payment is made in Serbian currency ONLY, based on middle exchange rate set by National Bank of Serbia. Many exchange offices are near by each apartment so exchanging your currency shouldn’t be a problem.

Can I pay with a credit card or a cheque?

For total amount payment we can accept cash ONLY, however all of our apartments are close to ATMs that takes both, credit and debit cards. Payments by CC is possible only for required deposit of 20% over PAY PAL service (additional 4% will be added for the cost of transfer).

Can I pay at the end of my stay?

For legal and insurance reasons it is necessary to pay up front. For longer stays it is possible to arrange partial payments but always for the days in advance.

Do I have to pay in advance to ensure my reservation?

An advance payment of 20-50% (depends on owners of the apartment) of the total amount is necessary for all stays longer then 5 nights, if 5 or less nights are to be booked deposit is required in the amount equal to 1 night stay (non-refundable if cancelled in both cases). For stays closer to the arrival time an advance payment is not necessary, your booking is safe either way. However, should you wish to make an advance payment we will accept it. Please note that we reserve the right to ask for a deposit despite the above conditions.
