Private accommodation DAYA is an affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located in the new A Blok resort, near Belville. Single-bedroom by structure, it provides overnight for maximum four visitors. This is an apartment in a new building, so all amenities are in mint condition. Gray color walls and simple furniture design create a very relaxed and pleasant ambience. Lighting is done using background illumination and a tripod floor lamp. The atmosphere is enriched with potted plants and wall applications such as timepiece and collected art prints. The basic setting of the living room comprises a dresser, coffee table and a corner sofa which can be easily folded into a double bed. There’s a dining table with master-crafted chairs, followed by a bar with built-in shelves. Kitchen units are made of wood and smoked glass, and precisely fitted with a large refrigerator. Besides the classic stove, you’ll find various cups and pots in the overhead cabinet. The bedroom provides a cozy bedspread with wide headrest and flawless bedding. Other items include just a lamp-lit nightstand and room mirror, so the setting is pretty relaxed. The bathroom is neat, clean and equipped with modern sanitary facilities. Oval shower stall, boiler, washing machine and clean towels are ready for our clients. There’s also a small terrace with a wooden chair and chairs, great for a cup of coffee and breath of fresh air.

The closest attractions are the Delta City shopping mall and prestigious Belville, while Airport City business center is ten minutes on foot. Sava waterfront offers a variety of river cafes and restaurants, available after a short walk. For car owners, parking requires prior reservation and a symbolic fee. If you opt for public transport, multiple bus and tram lines stop in front of the building. Sava Center, Usce mega mall and the downtown are reachable within a ten-minute ride.
