The entire block was recently built, so the complete interior is new and superbly designed. The balcony exit and large windows bring the freshness of daylight, while the backlit ceiling discretely illuminates the evening. Considering the flat’s modest dimensions, sleeping accommodations are fairly generous: a sumptuous double bed with two pairs of pillows is at your disposal. We note a white veneer dresser, holding a LED TV set, potted plant and several ornamental details. Should you desire a sip of wine, there’s beautiful set of wine glasses which might come in handy. The other part of the room contains a kitchenette, a dining segment and a comfortable two-seater which can accommodate two guests for an overnight. The culinary section is dressed in gray ceramics and enclosed by a dining table with two stools. Beside the usual cabinets, there’s a high-tech refrigerator and a cooktop. With a massive three-part wardrobe in the hallway, storing your clothes and shoes won’t be a problem. Bathroom is impeccably clean and equipped with a classic bathtub, sanitation and a washing machine. The beige tiles with floral ornaments, bring an unobtrusive and relaxed feeling. The in-built cistern is adorned with a starfish-like ornaments. Just lovely.

If you’re looking for a lodging near Belville, this apartment is perfect for you. Block A and Delta City are in close proximity, Airport City is five minutes on foot. A ten-minute walk between the blocks 70 and 70a, takes you directly to the Sava quay. Several public transport lines (7, 9, 11, 95) are excellent connections to other parts of the city. The Usce shopping mall, Sava Center and downtown Belgrade are reachable within ten to fifteen-minute ride.
