In addition to basic sanitation, there are water heater, washing machine and a shower.  One of the most beautiful parts of this apartment has a beautiful terrace with a table and two chairs, and magnificent views of the interior contours of Belville and New Belgrade in the distance. If you use are coming by car a garage space is available. City center, the main train and bus stations are 15 minutes away by public transport, and corporate and conference centers Sava Center, Belgrade Arena, in about ten minutes. Down the Omladinskih brigada Street, in five minutes you can reach Airport City, new Mercator and the Municipality of New Belgrade.
