On top of everything, suspended ceiling with halogen bulbs and backlighting add the final touch of elegance. The bedroom is of rather modest dimensions, but loose enough for a comfortable double bed and two bedside tables. The purple shades of linen are nothing short of lyrical, while the practical part is settled with double wardrobe. The kitchen is fairly spacious and furnished with three sets of cabinets, a fridge, stove, kettle and dishwasher. White veneer and cream tiles seem to be the perfect choice for this fresh-looking ambience. The bathroom is super tidy, compact and set with a standard sanitation and shower; in order to save up space, boiler and washing machine are dislocated in the hallway. Finally, the balcony offers a small outdoor seating and a pleasant view of the cityscapes.

The “Violet” building is an integral part of Belville, and as such meets the highest standards of modern housing. In addition to the public parking space, there’s also a garage box renting option. The Delta City shopping mall and “Jedro” Health Clinic are close by. A ten-minute walk takes you to Airport City business center. The nearby Sava Quay offers a large selection of local cafes and restaurants. “Usce” shopping center is ten minutes via public transport, while the downtown takes an extra five minutes.
