The bedroom is compact and functional, as it contains only a double bed and a simple night cabinet. We notice the elegant descended ceiling with spotlights and the beautiful miniature drawing. In the style of five star hotel accommodation, a set of fresh towels is awaiting you on the bed. The kitchen is equipped with fine ceramics and a series of black and white cabinets. There is a dramatic contrast of natural wood textures and metallic surfaces of the high-end fridge, stove and dishwasher. With a ready to use electric kettle and microwave, quick meals and drinks can be easily prepared. The bathroom is super neat, clean and equipped with basic sanitation and washing machine. Beside the towel rack, there’s a classic bathtub with protective plexiglas mask at your disposal. 

Available parking space is a significant advantage if you’re using a personal vehicle. As a modern settlement, Belville offers you playgrounds, jogging tracks, fitness clubs, also fast food restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. Just a hundred meters from the building, there’s a private medical center Jedro, while the Airport City business center takes a ten-minute walk. About fifteen minutes on foot is the Sava quay, with a broad selection of entertainment and catering facilities. Useful lines of public transport are accessible from the neighboring Yuri Gagarin and Youth Brigade Street.
