Apartment rental STEPA is an affordable accommodation in Belgrade, located in the Vozdovac area. This is tastefully furnished and aptly equipped single-bedroom lodge, suitable for up to four visitors. As an apartment in a new building, it comes with brand new amenities. Both rooms feature a marine theme, which is best displayed in the living room. Landscape painting, light blue curtains and bedspreads all comprise a wonderful ambience. We notice the top-quality woodwork, especially the composite dresser, shelves and coffee table. If needed, the large corner sofa can be folded out into a spare bed. The dining segment consists of a glass table and neatly upholstered chairs. Dishes, cutlery and wine glasses are already set up and ready for our clients. The kitchen section contains floor/overhead cabinets, cooker, fridge, kettle, juicer and microwave. Cups and glasses are at your disposal. In the bedroom, we have a cozy double bed with padded headrest, double pillows and properly folded towels. The wardrobe provides enough storage for your clothes and other luggage. The bathroom is sparkly clean and well equipped. There’s a shower stall, water heater, washing machine and basic toiletries. Surely a prime feature, a beautiful semicircular terrace is equipped with a small table and chairs. Great setup for having coffee and chit-chat.

Downtown is fairly easy to reach. The Red Star Stadium and Autokomanda roundabout take a few stops by public transport. The Military Medical Academy (MMA) and the Banjica Sports Center are easily accessible. The Faculty of Political Sciences (FPN) is in the immediate vicinity, as well as the private BelMedic clinic. Given this is an apartment with a garage, parking is provided for a small fee. As a cheap apartment for a day, rent-a-flat in Belgrade STEPA is both aesthetically pleasing and accessible.
