Budget apartment MEDIC is a duplex apartment in a new building, located close to a private clinic BelMedik and several prestigious Belgrade Universities. It is a loft whose construction makes a very interesting and pleasant environment. The main room is multi-functional, given that in addition to a sumptuous double bed contains two-seater and a table that point to daily activities. Instead of classic bedside tables, bedside was surrounded by two small shelves and cylindrical lamps placed on them. A nice decorative detail here is beautiful sunflower painted on the wall behind the bed. In the corner, there is a cabinet with drawers, and on the wall installed LCD TV and air conditioning. Mini fridge was also cleverly packaged in a cabinet. In the bedroom, which is located on the first level of the apartment, functionality was an obvious designer’s priority. It is equipped with two single beds, each assigned to one bedside table with lamp. Only pair of rugs of intense colors disturb the uniformity of color paneling and parquet. In addition to the air-conditioning, available are wardrobe and small desk with a chair, big enough just for storing your laptop. The bathroom is spotless, and covered with sand-colored tiles, with an interesting section of black ceramic on the wall by the recessed tub. Common toilet installations are also available as well as the mirror above the sink which is effectively illuminated with a pair of halogen lights.

The stadiums of Partizan and Red Star are located at a few stations away by city transportation, which makes this apartment with garage especially convenient for visits to sports events. Passing similar distance is needed to reach the VMA (Military Medical Academy). A hundred meters down the street, state colleges FON and FPN and famous private clinic BelMedik are located in. As affordable accommodation for four, this apartment for rent is located in the same building with apartments BEST and BEL, thus providing accommodation for larger group of friends, up to 11 adults.
