We immediately notice the neatly crafted woodwork, especially the vertical partition which divides the room into two functional segments. Similar quality is noted in the kitchen cabinets, shelves, wardrobe and small closet. Guests are provided with a comfy double bed, equipped with fresh towels and impeccable linen. With compliments of the owner, wine glasses and a bottle of sparkling wine await you on the bed. We appreciate the cozy armchair and coffee table which comprise a charming mini lounge. The opposite side of the partition reveals another table, knitted footrest and a massive sofa which can be folded and used for extra lodging. Right beside the kitchen entrance, we notice a small bar and complimentary fruit basket. Kitchen amenities include a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave, also multiple cups and glasses, all neatly stacked on the floating shelf. A small supply of coffee is also provided, so you don't have to go shopping. The bathroom has quality tiles, hygiene cupboard, shower stall and modern sanitary ware. Small potted plants are nice refreshment.

Given the vicinity of the busy boulevard and Vojislav Ilic Street, the location is efficiently linked to the city center. Local landmarks are FC Obilic Stadium, Architecture Middle School and the famous Cvetkova green market. The neighborhood is full of small restaurants exuding old town charm.
