The unique design of this charming studio really evokes the atmosphere of Mexican province. Fenced two-seaters, suspended plant pots and simulated windows with wooden shutters, definitely create such an impression. Add to that cactus-green upholstery and patchwork themed armchair, and we have all the elements for an imaginary journey. Please note that the armchair can serve as a single bed, if necessary. We notice charming details like the yellow coffee table and towels, also mini lamps and wall clock which nicely refresh the ambience. The kitchen is equally interesting given the combination of terracotta tiles, bare-brick partitions and turquoise veneer on the elements. There’s a makeshift bar under the window, a pair of chairs, fridge, microwave and cooktop at your disposal. One of the floor cabinets contains a washing machine, and the reason is saving up space in the bathroom. Pieces of rope are used as handles for cabinet doors and light bulb decorations, which is quite an imaginative approach. Modern sanitary facilities, water heater and shower are the main bathroom installations. Our attention is drawn to the ceramic mosaic, comprised of black, brown and white tiles.

Location in Simina Street offers a relaxed neighborhood, with close proximity to all the classic city attractions. The iconic Strahinjica Bana Street is two corners down, while Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Zoo take about ten minutes on foot. The pedestrian Knez Mihailova Street is reachable after a slight ascent to the plateau by the Faculty of Philosophy. Perfect for two, but quite as comfortable for three visitors, apartment accommodation in Belgrade MADRE is a cool adventure in the making. Welcome!
