Available equipment includes built-in oven, culinary accessories and induction cooktop with exhaust hood. The bathroom sports first-rate tiles shower stall, hairdryer, heater and modern sanitary facilities. Wide mirror, scented candle and a small potted plant complement the room very nicely.

Knez Mihailova Street and Republic Square are five minutes on foot, Kalemegdan Park less than ten minutes. The bohemian Skadarlia and Strahinjica Bana Street are a five-minute walk. Obilicev Venac and Terazie Square are also easily accessible. Vanilla Bar night club is just a few hundred meters from the building. Cafes, fast foods and classic restaurants are at every corner.
