The living room is defined by beautiful artwork, such as the photo-collage of Kalemegdan Terrace and a written homage to Belgrade by a renowned British journalist. Particularly interesting is the series of wall recesses with interior lighting and a collection of framed mirrors. Practical amenities include a wardrobe, coffee-table and a massive sofa which can also be used as a single bed. Closet, cabinets and shelves, along with a mini stereo and standard LED TV, are stacked on the opposite wall. The overall aesthetics is quite unusual and unique, considering the current offer on the rentals market. The duplex function places kitchen units under the staircase, and the bedroom on the upper floor. The former contains floor/hanging cabinets and several high-end appliances. Oven, cooktop, kettle, toaster and coffee maker are at your disposal. Upstairs, we have a double bed, lazy bag, dresser and a TV set. Also, there’s a bookcase and a city map with specific information. The small dining table is perfect for a morning coffee and planning your day. Wall lamps and the potted plant are fine additions to the overall setting. We return to the ground floor to have a look at the bathroom: shower stall, toiletries and clean towels, everything is ready for the guests. Oval mirror with discreet lighting is surely a memorable detail.

Top location at the heart of the downtown, by all accounts. St. Mark’s Church, Tashmaidan Park and RTS (Radio-Television of Serbia) are five minutes on foot. The Republic Square, Terazie Square and bohemian Skadarlia are within an easy walking distance. The Oldsmobile Museum "Modern Garage" is in the subject street, which is convenient for a casual visit. If you travel by car, parking is free but with prior reservation.
