The kitchenette has wood carved cabinets, shelves and a few appliances. Sandwich toaster, fridge and built-in cooker are enough to cover the basic needs. We notice the mini potted plants, colorful spice retainers and suggestive print on the tiles. The bathroom presents arabesque-themed floor tiles and sophisticated sink cabinet design. Shower stall, boiler and basic toiletries are ready to use. Lastly, the terrace overlooks the quiet city street, while the traffic hum remains in the background.

The strict city center as the subject location comes with a rich and diversified experience. Five minutes on foot takes you to Hotel Moscow, Terazie Square and Nikola Pasic Square. The St. Mark's Church and Tashmaidan Park are less than a ten-minute walk. A few steps from the building is the lively Nusiceva Street, one of the most intensive tourist zones.
