Apartment PARADISE is an affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located near the Shtark Arena. Single-bedroom by structure and classically elegant, this lodge is suitable for maximum five guests. Main interior feature is the mahogany furniture, which entails complete woodwork in the living room and kitchen. The applied design shows elements of salon aesthetics, which adds a bit of romance to the overall ambience. The living room contains a cozy two-seater and a sofa, with possible overnight for three visitors. We notice the finely crafted coffee-table and dresser, also the massive showcase with cabinets and shelves. The creative design of room lamps and chandelier is pretty impressive. Through the open passage we enter the charming dining room and encounter a round table with lavish chairs. Right beside is a mini bar and superbly equipped kitchen. Along with floor and overhead cabinets, there’s a wide range of practical devices. The latter includes a fridge, kettle, sandwich toaster, induction cooktop, microwave, classic oven and a dishwasher. As for the bedroom, the arrangement is reduced to basic units. There’s a double bed, a closet with overhead “bridge” and a wardrobe with sliding doors. Resembling the hotel style accommodation, fresh towels await you neatly folded on the bed. The sanitary facilities are placed in two separate bathrooms: one contains a washing machine, the other has a boiler and classic bathtub. Cabinets, cosmetics and hygiene products are ready for the guests. Finally, the terrace comes with a small garden set and a broad view of cityscape.

We are in a busy and dynamic part of New Belgrade. The colossal Arena is very close, while the Mercator shopping center, Usce mega mall and Sava Center take ten minutes on foot. The E75 highway is a hundred meters down the street, which is convenient for in-transit accommodation. The downtown is a few stops by city transport, same as New Belgrade Municipality in opposite direction. If you travel by car, parking around the building is free of charge.
