The kitchen is equipped with all home appliances that are ready to use, and a bottle of water, tea and coffee is waiting for you. The bathroom has a shower, large boiler with hot water, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer and all the accompanying sanitary ware and cabinets. A large closet is available for storing clothes and suitcases.

The apartment is located in a new building, a newly built complex "Paunov Breg", on the Boulevard of the JNA (Bulevar JNA), and yet it is tucked away and pleasant to enjoy as the terrace faces the quiet courtyard. Within the complex there is a restaurant Pavone Trattoria, a grocery store Maxi, a pharmacy, a drugstore DM, a post office, an exchange office, a dry cleaner, a pet shop and a children's playground, and across the street there are bakeries and a beverage cellar. The connection with all parts of the city by public transport is excellent: across the street there is a trolleybus turntable 40 and 41 (direct connection with Student Square in the center of Belgrade and New Belgrade-bus 78), and a 5-10 minute walk is a tram turntable and Banjica Shopping Center.
