Bar with padded stools is great for serving breakfast, but it also provides a private spot for web surfing, given the available laptop computer. The room’s corner is adapted into a small kitchen, comprising floor cabinets and two overhead shelves. Appliances include an induction cooktop, sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee machines, various cups and mugs. Whether you want to fix a light meal or hot beverage, the conditions are more than sufficient. The bathroom features top quality ceramics, shower stall, hairdryer and modern sanitary ware. Scented candles are added for romantic effect.

Since the busy Boulevard and Vojislava Ilica Street are easy to reach, the location is effectively linked to the downtown. Local landmarks include the FC Obilic Stadium, School of Architecture and popular Cvetkova green market. Note the restaurants and cafes with recognizable old town charm.
