Rent-a-flat OLIO is an affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located in the popular Bellville resort. This is a single-bedroom apartment of discreet design and elegance, suitable for up to five guests. We immediately notice the high-quality woodwork, especially in the living room, comprising a dresser, closet, showcases and coffee-table of uniform style. The room lamp and several carefully chosen art paintings create a very pleasant and inspirational atmosphere. On the practical side, there’s a corner set that can be used as a double bed, while the comfy armchair can easily unfold into a single bed. The dining room is directly connected to the living room and furnished with a massive four-piece table. There are several mini drawings adding a fine touch to the whole segment. The sliding door leads us into the kitchen, which contains two rows of kitchen elements and some basic appliances like classic stove and a fridge. Evidently, the equipment is not particularly versatile, but still sufficient for fixing a quick meal or a drink. In the bedroom we encounter a cozy double bed with neatly folded towels on top. There’s a small office area equipped with a neat table lamp and a massive wardrobe in the opposing corner. Overall a super pleasant and relaxed ambience, ideal for an afternoon nap. The bathroom features a soothing apricot color ceramics and basic toiletries. Bathtub with a protective curtain, heater and washing machine are ready to use. Additional benefit of this apartment in Belgrade is a spacious glazed terrace, overlooking the dynamic part of the resort and the illustrious Delta City shopping mall.

Besides the aforementioned supermall, the location includes many other amenities. Airport City business center is a ten-minute walk, while the Sava Quay takes fifteen minutes through the nearby blocks. The ground floor of the adjacent buildings harbors numerous bars, bakeries, restaurants, gyms, beauty salons, etc. Useful lines of public transport in the adjoining streets of Yuri Gagarin and Omladinskih Brigada. All things considered, apartment for a day OLIO is an excellent accommodation for a family or a small group of friends. Warmly recommended.
