Namely, the bar divides the room into lounge and kitchen segments, thus achieving high functionality and aesthetic appeal of the ambience. On one side, there are two dressers, showcase, armchair and a cozy sofa that can serve as a double bed. Neutral colors of furniture against the dark-red wall, create an air of seriousness and sustained passion. On the other side, the bright red bar stools and kitchen elements designate the scene. There’s an overhead cabinet with showcase, set of drawers, fridge, kettle and high-end stove with cooktop. Enough to prepare a quick meal or beverage, for sure. Set aside is a beautiful dining table. With compliments of the owner, a dinner set, wine glasses and a bottle of red are awaiting you here. The photo series depicting London’s Trafalgar Square add a cosmopolitan feel and a touch of romance. Perfect spot for chatting up your friends over dinner. Main bedroom sports classic salon wallpaper and a comfy bedspread. The sidewall is stacked with practical units such as drawers, shelves and an office desk. Additional convenience is a separate LED TV. The other bedroom is reduced to basic amenities in the form of conjoined single beds and a closet. The bathroom features dark-blue tiles, heater and a classic bathtub with protective curtain. Note: there’s a separate toilet with washing machine and basic sanitation. For a breath of fresh air, we advise stepping out on a spacious terrace.

Gundulicev Venac is a quiet neighborhood, full of old town charm. The Bayloni green market and iconic Bitef Theater are close by. Port of Belgrade is about ten minutes on foot. The city center is few stops by public transport. Given that this is an apartment with a garage, you won’t have any problems with parking.
