Apartment XENIA 1 is a luxury apartment in downtown Belgrade, suitable for four guests. This is a genuinely elegant single-bedroom lodge, situated near the Kalemegdan Park. First we take a look inside the living room: the collection of landscape photos and artifacts is quite impressive. There’s a glass coffee table and corner sofa which can be easily folded into a double bed. Other glass table, along with ergonomically styled chairs, comprises a four-piece dining set. Up there, above LED TV, we notice a peculiar timepiece. The bedroom contains a double bed with printed linen, bedside lamps and wardrobe with built-in mirror. Beside the standard TV set, an ironing board is also available. In the kitchen, we find a wonderful dresser, mirror and beautiful herbal arrangements. In addition to floor/overhead cabinets, there’s an induction cooktop, fridge, kettle and coffee frother. Complimentary supplies of Nescafe await you on the counter. The bathroom features a washing machine, water heater and shower stall with internal lighting. Glass shelves with micro herbs and clean towels are as eye-pleasing as they are practical.

The location enables full access to classic city attractions. These include the Student Square, Ethnographic Museum, Kalemegdan Park and Knez Mihailova Street; the popular Strahinjica Bana Street is one corner downhill. The famous Bayrakli Mosque is a few steps away. Republic Square, bohemian Skadarlia and Terazie Square are within a ten-minute walk.
