Private accommodation KONDA is a cheap apartment in downtown Belgrade, located near the Serbian Parliament. We’re looking at a truly unique and comfortable lodging, suitable for up to four visitors. Conceptual design is best displayed in the living room: bare-brick textures and distressed woodwork stand in a stark contrast to futuristic ceiling. Antique poster and black & white photos add an artistic touch to the ambience, while the metallic lamp provides suitable illumination. In practical terms, there’s a robust coffee-table, small dresser with a mounted LED TV and a massive leather suite. If needed, the seat can be folded and used as a spare bed for two. There’s a round table with chairs in the corner, comprising a convenient spot for drinks and chatter. In the bedroom, the setup is pretty simple: a comfy double bed with extra pillows and a classic wardrobe are provided. The romantic art painting has enriched the atmosphere quite nicely. The kitchen is tiled in ceramics and is very well equipped. Appliances include a sandwich toaster, kettle, induction cooker and a microwave, which certainly meets the needs of a shorter stay. The bathroom brings us back to “distress” aesthetics, this time in the form of painted tiles. Shower with protective curtain and basic sanitary facilities are at your disposal.

Location in the Kosovska Street means easy access to all the classic attractions. The National Assembly, Nikola Pasic Square and Terazie are in the immediate vicinity. Bohemian Skadarlia and the Republic Square are five minutes on foot. St. Mark’s Church and Tashmaidan Park are a short walk away. Oldsmobile museum “Modern Garage” is located in the neighboring Majke Jevrosime Street. If you travel by car, Pionirski Park public garage is the closest parking option.
