Given that this is an apartment in a new building, all installations and furniture are in mint condition. The first thing we notice are the cylindrical lamps and chandeliers, giving the whole ambience a modern, urban feel. Descended ceiling and backlighting afterglow create a very tranquil and intimate atmosphere. The suspended shelves resemble swings and carry a whole microcosm of decorative items. Cactus-shaped figurines are so cute, much like the mini pots with a live plant, all neatly arranged on the bar. We can say that the designer theme, as indicated in apartment’s title, is realized with measure and fine taste. There’s a comfy double bed and a round table with armchair, as the perfect spot for a coffee break. Also, the fold-out armchair may come in handy as an extra single bed. Now we’re moving past the bar to have a closer look at the kitchen units. The combo of black veneer and natural wood texture evokes a sense of formality and elegance throughout the set. Similar could be said of the beautiful dark-green showcase with teapot, cups and glasses inside. Appliances are reduced to a cooktop, kettle and toaster, which is rather scarce but satisfactory for a short-term stay. The bathroom also features small herbal decorations, along with scented candles and incense sticks. Besides the modern toiletries, a shower stall and heater are ready to use. Lastly, the balcony offers a coffee table, pair of lazy bags and a view of the dynamic boulevard.

Belville resort, Savada and Delta City shopping mall are the local attractions, situated just a hundred meters from the building. The prestigious Airport City business center is two stops via public transport. Sava Quay takes a short walk and comes with a number of river cafes and bars. The traffic-intensive Yuri Gagarin Street links the subject area to other parts of the city. The congressional Sava Center and Usce mega mall are about ten minutes by bus or tram.
