Though modest in size, this studio offers a very functional and pleasant ambience, suitable for a romantic couple. The room is organized around a massive leather suite which easily turns into a cozy double bed. Upfront is a dresser with large format LED TV, so you can watch your favorite programs from a comfortable horizontal. Set beside the window is a nice table with armchair, great for relaxation and the morning coffee ritual. The lighting is arranged with a classic salon chandelier and tall room lamp. Remarkable mirror frames and selected art paintings definitely enter the aesthetic dimension of the room. The dining table is equipped with two elegant chairs and comes in handy for serving breakfast or a quick snack. The kitchen part is tiled in ceramics and reduced to a series of cabinets, kettle, oven and induction cooktop. A bit modest content-wise, but surely enough for a short-term stay. In the bathroom, we have simple cream tiles decorated with ornaments, some scented candles and nice flower arrangements. In addition to the boiler, shower stall, heater and basic sanitation, there’s a small chest of drawers with baskets and clean towel rolls.

Looking at the subject area, we can easily perceive the significance of the neighboring streets. The George Washington and Cvijiceva Street are important city routes with multiple public transport lines. Classic attractions include Tashmaidan Park and the Church of St. Mark, followed by King Alexander Boulevard and many university institutions like the Faculty of Law.
