Accommodation IRONY is an affordable apartment in the center of Belgrade, located close to the Kalemegdan Park. This is a two-bedroom lodging of high comfort and lively interior, suitable for up to five visitors. In terms of ambient aesthetics, the darker shades of woodwork, floors and wallpaper create a sense of restraint and formality. The descended ceiling with spotlights and artworks of strong symbolism are quite a feat. Armchairs and dresser carry hints of the classic salon style, while the coffee table and sofa are closer to modern design. Round mahogany table and leather-coated chairs comprise a cozy spot for drinks and casual conversations. Similar chairs are found in the spacious dining room, designated for four guests. Peculiar chandelier design, arched passage and orange veneer on the kitchen cabinets have captured our attention. Appliances are top notch, ranging from fridge and kettle, to cooktop and dishwasher. Spices, napkins and basic cooking utensils are also available. The bedroom is defined by turquoise walls, tasteful lighting and wonderful art paintings. It features a comfy double bed, wardrobe with sliding doors and a small home library. A set of clean towels awaits you neatly folded on the bed. There’s a mini-lounge with small table and a couple of armchairs, perfect for the morning coffee ritual. The second bedroom presents an equally interesting selection of paintings, with emphasis on the beautiful triptych above the headboard. Beside the comfy French bed, there’s a cabinet with light literature that may help you fall asleep. Bathroom is tiled first-rate ceramics in a creamy mother-of-pearl shade and equipped with modern installations. Washing machine, boiler, bidet and shower with hydromassagers are ready to use. Note that the apartment also has a separate toilet with basic sanitary facilities.

Considering the classic sites in the area, Kalemegdan Park and city zoo are the closest. The iconic Strahinjica Bana Street is literally around the corner. Five minutes on foot will take you to the Student Square, popular Vanila night club and the Knez Mihailova Street. The lower Dorchol area, Danube Quay and The 25th of May sports center are within an easy walking distance. The neighboring Tsar Dushan Street offers multiple bus and tram routes. If you need an overnight for a family or five friends, apartment for a day in Belgrade IRONY would be an excellent choice.
