Daily rental ESPERANZA is an affordable apartment in New Belgrade, located in the Genex Tower. We’re looking at a comfy and elegant two-bedroom lodge, suitable for up to four visitors. Quality woodwork, discreet lighting and lots of small art pieces are the main interior features. In the living room, we encounter a lavish suite comprising a corner sofa, coffee-table and a huge footrest. There are also multiple cabinets, series of art prints and some light literature at your disposal. LED TV and a wonderful art painting are set between the two symmetrical shelves. The apartment doesn’t have a terrace, but the entire sidewall is covered in windows, so guests are by no means denied the spectacular view of the capital. Instead of a typical dining room, we have a bar with four stools, so you can enjoy the city panorama over a light meal or drink. There is another bar that separates the living room from the kitchenette. The desktop is adorned with a herbal pattern just like the wall partition between the floor and overhead cabinets. Appliances are of recent production and they include a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and dishwasher. Whether you prefer a quick snack or proper meal, the equipment is ready to use. The bedroom features a cozy double bed and a whole range of shelves, cabinets and drawers. We notice a neatly crafted oval desk which can be used as a home office. We have a similar setting in the second bedroom, but with a slightly smaller ratio and work desk size. Decorated with art prints and fresh flowers, the ambience is perfect for a break after an exhausting business conference. The bathroom is impeccably clean and well equipped. Shower stall, water heater, bidet, hygiene cabinet and clean towels are ready for guests.

Genex Tower, also known as the western gate of Belgrade, is followed by other important sites like the Štark Arena, Sava Center and Gazela Bridge. Due to the proximity of E-75 highway, this location is suitable for transit accommodation. The new Mercator shopping center and New Belgrade administration take a short ride through the adjacent boulevards. Omladinskih Brigada Street is a direct route to Belville resort and Delta City shopping mall.
