Two-bedroom by structure, this lodging offers excellent comfort, finest materials and impeccable design in every aspect of the interior. Natural texture woodwork and turquoise upholstery permeate the scene, along with some valuable paintings exhibited in the living room. Here, we find a comfortable sofa which can easily be turned into a bed for two. Right beside is composite coffee table and a fine dinette, designated for six guests. Worth a mention is the first-rate carpentry, assortment of dried herbs and tastefully arranged lighting. We now turn to the kitchen department and discover a nice mounted bar with a couple of bar stools. The kitchen is simply decorated and equipped with high-tech devices such as a built-in stove, cooktop with exhaust hood and a microwave. The combination of wooden desktop and white veneers leave an impression of neatness and culinary minimalism. The master bedroom re-introduces the seductive turquoise color: this time it’s the bedding and the wardrobe drawers. There’s a super comfy double bed and a separate air-conditioning unit, so the overall ambience is perfect for a late-morning snooze. The second bedroom has its own LED TV and a soft double bed, where you can relax while watching your favorite shows. The bathroom is equipped with A-class ceramics, heating grid, bathtub and basic sanitation. Everything is immaculately clean and ready for use. Note that the apartment has a separate toilet. Finally, the balcony opens a soothing view of the adjacent boulevards and dynamic daily life of the New Belgrade blocks. Perfect place for contemplation over coffee or a glass of wine.

Key advantage is the private garage under the building, so there’re no problems with parking. The resort itself, as well as the nearby Belville, offers a host of catering and recreational features. A hundred meters away is the famous Delta City shopping mall, while the corporate center Airport City takes only one stop via public transport. Fifteen-minute walk is enough to reach the Sava riverside, with bicycle paths, restaurants and cafes with live music. Also, consider the excellent traffic links to the downtown Belgrade, New Belgrade municipality and Belgrade Fair.
