Top quality parquet and carpentry, along with several art pieces, are main features of the interior. This is best seen in the living room, where a dining table is already set for lunch. Next comes the tastefully designed lounge, arranged with a coffee-table, dresser and a comfy sofa (also usable as a single bed). We notice a rather peculiar item, a room lamp set on a wooden tripod. The kitchen area is designated by fine ceramics and supplied with modern appliances. Massive fridge, kettle, stove with cooktop and a series of neatly crafted cabinets are at your disposal. The main bedroom features a spacious double bed, a pair of nightstands and large closet with sliding doors. Complimentary set of fresh towels is neatly folded on the bed. In the second bedroom, we see two single beds, night cabinet and some casual literature. Suited for relaxation after an intensive tour of the city. The bathroom presents first-rate ceramics, most notably the brilliant mosaic inside the shower stall. Washing machine, boiler, heater and towels are ready to use. Lastly, there’s a nice terrace, should you desire a breath of fresh air.

Omnipresent old town charm is the location’s main feat, especially the nearby Chuburski Park and the iconic Kalenic green market. The King Alexander Boulevard and South Boulevard are ten minutes on foot, while Slavia Square takes a few stops by public transport. Lots of local bars and cafes to explore.
