Rent-a-flat RED is a single-bedroom apartment in downtown Belgrade, literally within steps from the Republic Square. This is a comfy and romantically themed lodge, suited for up to six visitors. The whole ambience is defined by apricot color walls, contrasted by red drapes. The main room offers a spacious double bed and a cozy sofa which can accommodate two more people. The woodwork includes cascading coffee tables and two simple shelves. Wall lamps and a charming lantern provide tasteful illumination. The bedroom offers a double bed with impeccable linen and small bedside lamps. There’s also a large wardrobe, so you have plenty of room to store clothes and other luggage. The ambience is enriched with a beautiful photo of exotic flowers and dark red draperies. Additional benefit is a separate LED TV. The kitchen is quite spacious and very well equipped. Besides the cabinets and appliances, it features a dining table with upholstered chairs. You’ll find various cups and glasses in the overhead showcases. A cooker with exhaust hood is also available, followed by a fridge, kettle and sandwich toaster. The bathroom contains several hygiene cabinets, classic bathtub, washing machine and basic sanitary ware. Everything is clean, neat and ready for our clients. Lastly, the glazed terrace offers a cozy spot for having coffee and summing up your city impressions.

This is certainly one of the best downtown locations. Obilicev Venac is a major tourist attraction, with its numerous cafes and bars. Republic Square and National Theater are in the immediate vicinity; Terazie Square and bohemian Skadarlia are within minutes on foot. Also, you can easily descend to Zeleni Venac and take public transport to any part of the city. If you travel by car, a public garage is literally across the street.
