Rent-a-flat CENTRAL is a cheap apartment in downtown Belgrade, located near the Republic Square. We’re looking at a colorful and cozy studio, suitable for up to three guests. Opening impression is certainly the photo-wallpaper showing an American metropolis, while the overall atmosphere is set by turquoise curtain and pillows. There are some wonderful decorative items such as the cart-shaped flower pot, artistic photos and jar with dry flowers. The antique-carved mahogany chest is no less impressive. In practical terms, there’s a spacious double bed and corner sofa which can provide additional overnight. Coffee table, armchair and a lamp nicely complement the lounge segment of the room. With an available double wardrobe, storage space is pretty sufficient. The kitchen presents refreshing purple curtains, along with the floor and wall mosaics. There’s enough room for a proper dining table and neatly upholstered chairs. In addition to overhead cabinets and refined showcases, induction cooktop, fridge and retainers with basic spices are ready to use. For a light meal, tea or coffee, the cooking conditions are pretty solid. In the bathroom, we encounter dark yellow and gray tiles, garnered with beautiful ornaments. Given the room’s modest size, the equipment is quite exuberant as it includes a washing machine, water heater, basic toiletries and a deep shower stall. Hairdryer may also come in handy.

We are in the tourist epicenter of Belgrade. The Republic Square, Knez Mihailova Street and bohemian Skadarlia are close by. The Strahinjica Bana Street and Student Square take a few minutes on foot. Kalemegdan Park and Rajiceva shopping center are a ten-minute walk.  A hundred meters downhill is the busy Tsar Dushan Street and Dorchol as the capital’s historical quarter. Bars, restaurants and fast food shops are at every step. For car owners, there‘s free parking in the courtyard with prior reservation.
