The living room and dining room are not strictly separated, namely, there’s a wide passage between reinforced by wooden frame and shelving. In this segment, we encounter a four-piece dinette and tastefully decorated kitchen. Natural wood textures, blue veneer and green floor tiles create a very lively and informal atmosphere. In addition to the bar and series of overhead cabinets, you can use the fridge, microwave and high-tech stove with exhaust hood. Right beside the dining set is the exit to an oblong terrace, overlooking the busy boulevards. The bedroom sports blue walls, bed linen and towels, so the ambient implies deep sleep and relaxation. On the practical side, there’s a massive wardrobe with sliding doors, providing more than enough space for storing of luggage. A similar wardrobe, though smaller in size, is available in the second bedroom. Single bed with eye-catching orange linen and simple shelf are a minimal but sufficient setting. Note that all three rooms have separate air conditioning units, which is not so common on the rentals market. Much like the kitchen, the bathroom presents blue-green tiles and a bountiful equipment. Aside from basic toiletries, there’s a shower stall, boiler, heating grid and washing machine at your disposal.

The fact that it takes five minutes to reach the downtown, makes this location very attractive. The Usce shopping mall, hotels IN, Hyatt Regency and Kombank Arena sports hall are about ten minutes on foot. New Belgrade Municipality building is three stops by public transport.
