We are looking at a superbly furnished single-bedroom apartment, suitable for up to four visitors. Selection of materials, color palette, furniture design, everything is crafted with utmost sophistication. The living room features a luxury sofa which can also be used as double bed. There’s a beautiful armchair, coffee-table and dresser, also LED TV and air conditioning are the standard equipment. The lighting combines suspended ceiling with halogen spotlights and a room lamp, giving best possible exposure to the exhibited art piece. Near the kitchen entrance we see a nice dinette comprising a round table and ergonomic chairs. The low-hanging chandelier and flower vase create a perfect dinner ambience. The kitchen sports two sets of cabinets and a spacious work surface. We notice the basic culinary equipment, then a fridge, kettle and a stove with cooktop. The bedroom presents a super comfy bedspread, simple lamp and wall-mounted LED TV. With compliments of the owners, fresh towels await you neatly folded on the bed. In the bathroom, we encounter first rate ceramics and modern toiletries. Boiler, washing machine and classic bathtub with protective screen are ready to use. The terrace has a wonderful pot plant, table and a couple of chairs, thus providing the perfect spot for a friendly chatter.

As an apartment with a garage, this lodging is suitable for car owners. Considering the local attractions, Airport City business center is a ten-minute walk. Delta City mall and Belville resort are at a hundred meter distance. The nearby Sava quay offers a wide range of river bars and restaurants.
