Right beside is a pair of leather armchairs and a round coffee-table, comprising a perfect spot for coffee and chatter. Next comes the composite dresser with herbal decoration and the wall- mounted LED TV. Transition from parquet to tiles means that we’re entering the kitchen. There’s a large closet, overhead cabinets and a long worktop at your disposal. The latter partly functions as an improvised bar. This is exactly what the bar stools with leather seats and metal stands are meant for. Very useful for serving breakfast, coffee or a quick snack. A mini cooker is provided, so you can easily prepare a hot beverage. The bathroom displays impressive ceramics, classic bathtub, water heater and basic sanitation. All items are impeccably clean and ready to use.

Along with the new and illustrious hotel Zira, the whole area has gained in popularity. Despite some distance from the city center, classic attractions are easily accessible. From the nearby Cvijiceva Street, several trolleybus lines ride directly to the Republic Square. Tashmaidan Park and Vuk's Monument are about ten minutes on foot.
