The apartment is situated in the Terazie area, literally within steps from the Republic Square. It has a lounge atmosphere, plenty of space and wide selection of overnight amenities. In aesthetic terms, the living room is starkly different from other rooms, the reason being yellow walls combined with red sofa. Zebra-style carpet and lamps with wire encasing are quite interesting details. There’s also a coffee table, mini lounge and a four-piece dining table. Plates, utensils, wine glasses and candles are ready for our guests. All bedrooms feature lavish double beds and some extra lodging. Beds are equipped with padded headrests, velvet covers and double pillows. Additional furniture varies from wardrobe and armchairs, to work desk and even a tiled stove. Art prints and moderate lighting create a cozy ambience, perfect for nap after a night out. The kitchen presents charming orange tiles and optimized selection of appliances. There’s a fridge, stove, kettle and microwave, which certainly meets the needs of a shorter stay. The bathroom contains a classic bathtub, washing machine, basic toiletries and hairdryer. There is another, smaller bathroom, equipped with a shower, boiler and sanitary ware. All amenities are clean, neat and ready to use.

Certainly one of the best locations in the market. Given this is the strictest city center, all classic sites are easily accessible. Youth Home, bohemian Skadarlia, Nikola Pasic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, are within a hundred meter radius. Hotel Moscow, Kasina Club and Kombank Hall are easy to reach. When entering the apartment, the guest is obliged not to bring guests who are not registered to stay in the apartment, as well as to respect the house rules. The price of the apartment is increased by 50% in the New Year period and the minimum stay is 5 nights. There is a minimum of 2 nights during the year. Price after 8th person is increased for 25 eur per person.
