Apartment A 302 is a luxury apartment in the center of Belgrade, located on the corner of Nusiceva and Decanska streets. It’s the first class studio apartment with quality materials and modern, almost avant-garde designs. Such a nice setting is followed up by flooring of unusual designs and paintings in the zone of abstraction. For very practical purposes, however, there is a sizable closet with the door slider and mini dining item made from a simple table and two bar stools. It may not be the most appropriate for the lavish party, but it is quite ok for casual snacks, cakes or sandwiches after the overnight release. LCD TV is installed in a corner of the wall bracket right across the bed, the ideal height, without taking up from the surrounding area. Thereby e we arrive at the kitchenette, which is treated with dark brown and matt black veneer, which looks really luxurious. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as kettles, heating plate and microwave oven, and the desktop is illuminated with LED bulb. Right next to the kitchen section there is an exit to the terrace, where the table is set for two, and the view of the busy street Decanska Street and Terazije tunnel truly looks spectacular. The bathroom is mostly white sanitary and clean, equipped with shower, water heater and concealed cistern.

We return now to the introductory remarks and a detailed description of the location, which is superb to say the least.
