Budget apartment in downtown Belgrade SREMAC 4 is an affordable rental for two visitors. It is located in the Stevana Sremca Street, just a few steps from the famous Atelier 212. The interior is focused on practical features, but aesthetics are not neglected. In this regard, we’d like to emphasize the art prints, pleasant lighting and large mirror which defines the main room. The furniture includes a comfortable double bed, pair of night cabinets and a simple shelf with LED TV. Linens are impeccable and fresh towels ready for our clients. The kitchen is quite spacious, with enough room for a dining table with chairs. The cabinets display refined craftwork. Art print and decorative vase nicely complement the ambience. Appliances are reduced to an induction cooker and fridge, which is still sufficient for a short-term stay. The bathroom contains a shower cabin with protective curtain, water heater and basic sanitary ware. All equipment is clean, neat and carefully arranged for our visitors.

The location is conveniently secluded and protected from city noise. The nearby Svetogorska Street is one of Belgrade's key historical sites. The state media building is easy to reach, while Tashmaidan Park and St. Mark’s Church take five minutes on foot. Bohemian Skadarlia is a ten-minute walk. Terazie Square, Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street are at a light walking distance. If you travel by car, Politika public garage is the closest parking option. If you seek an apartment to rent in Belgrade, SREMAC 4 is a cheap hotel alternative. For a larger group, we suggest booking apartments SREMAC 1, 2 and 3, located in the same building.
