VIRTUOSO is a luxury apartment in the center of Belgrade, situated in the busy Prizrenska Street, about a hundred meters from Zeleni Venac. This one-bedroom apartment is quite a surprise, when it comes to the issues of interior design. In the living room, wooden beams feel very resourceful and practical. With a suspended ceiling and bare brick wall, we get a pretty exclusive ambience. The room is equipped with a turquoise corner sofa, which is a great fit with the natural wood framing. Right below is an unusual coffee table with asymmetrical planks. The room’s corner is occupied by a set of shelves and some personal items which give the impression of liveliness and domestic warmth. Diagonally opposite corner has an improvised dining table, suitable for four guests. Now, we move to the kitchenette which is cleverly incorporated into the supporting wall. Standard sets of cabinets, cooktop, sandwich toaster and electric kettle, are at your disposal. Windows and balcony exit can be easily covered by massive drapery, should you desire a more discreet ambience. Bedroom is also styled with a suspended ceiling and decorative beams, including a separate TV. Here, we notice a hanging wardrobe, a closet, and a pair of minimalist bedside tables with tiny lamps. Bathroom presents an interesting combination of ceramic and laminate flooring, so the whole ambience is reminiscent of a sauna. In addition to shower stall, toilet sports a very modern construction, combining a closet with a built-in cistern.

Based on our daily insight into the real estate market, a better location than this one, at such an affordable price, would be very difficult to find. Hotel Moscow and Terazije are just a few dozen meters from the building. The Nikola Pasic Square, Obilicev venac, Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, are a few minutes on foot. Sakadarlija or Kalemegdan park wouldn’t take more than a 10-15 minute walk. In case you are using personal transport, public garage Zeleni Venac is in close vicinity. Recommended for a family or up to four friends, apartment VIRTUOSO is by all means an acceptable and reasonable expense. For a larger group of visitors, we propose apartments MAESTRO and MAVEN, which are located in the same building.
