Colorful interior and flexible sleeping accommodation are essential features of this single-bedroom apartment, suited for up to five guests. The living room sports a large corner suite as a possible lodging for three visitors. Coffee-table and dresser with shelf, LED TV and decorative items nicely complement the lounge. Discreetly lit by the room lamps, photographs and art paintings bring the feel of natural landscapes. In the second part of the room we have a wonderful four-piece dining table. Ideal for a light talk and dinner in the company of close friends. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with colorful pillows and set of clean towels. Small red lamps and photo of flower fields are so impressive that they can almost be scented. On the practical side, a wardrobe and window draperies are useful for disposing of clothes and a late morning snooze. The kitchen is very spacious and tiled in top quality ceramics. There’s a series of overhead cabinets with cups and glasses, while the lower part holds a fridge, kettle, toaster and cooker. Another convenience is a short bar where you can sip your coffee and have a breakfast in piece. The bathroom presents a nice combo of gray and light blue tiles. The equipment is a bit cramped, but quite functional. There’s a shower stall, boiler, washing machine and basic toiletries at your disposal.

Authentic neighborhood and proximity to classic city attractions are the main advantages of this location. Slavia Square, Kalenic green market and St. Sava Church are five minutes on foot. A ten-minute walk is enough to reach the King Alexander Boulevard. The adjacent Njegosheva Street offers a number of bars, cafes and restaurants. Terazie and Republic Square take ten minutes by some of the available trolleybus routes.
