We’re looking at a comfortable and elegant apartment in downtown Belgrade, located near the Belgrade Waterfront. Daily rental HANI single-bedroom by design, but the room sizes exude a classic salon ambience. The living room is particularly impressive, given its lavish chandelier and unique artwork. The footrest and coffee table designs deserve all the praise. On the practical side, guests are provided with a comfy corner sofa, which can be folded into a double bed, if needed. The bedroom is tastefully furnished, featuring antique items like the tiled stove. We notice elegant table lamps and lots of pillows on the lavish double bed. Beside the dresser and mini stereo, there’s a cascading work desk, perfect for your laptop computer. In accordance with our first impressions, the wall ornaments really evoke the salon aesthetics. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. There’s enough space for a dining table with padded chairs. Floral refreshments and bowl of fruit await you on the table. Floor/overhead cabinets are neatly styled and fitted with the appliances. Fridge, oven and microwave are ready to use. In the bathroom, we have first class tiles, washing machine, water heater and shower stall. In addition to the basic toiletries, there’s also a functional bidet. Lastly, the apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking the trees and old-town landscape.

The location allows easy access to all key features of the capital. The main bus station is a five-minute walk. The state legal institutions and Savamala clubbing zone are close by. The Slavia Square and Medical Center of Serbia take ten minutes on foot. The Belgrade Fair is a few stops by public transport, whether you take a bus or tram.
