Rent-a-flat RULER is a cheap apartment in the center of Belgrade, located near the Vuk's Monument. This is a nicely decorated and well-equipped studio, designed to accommodate up to three guests. Our first impressions relate to the cylinder-shaped ceiling, large room mirror and a small collection of art drawings. The Big Ben-themed time piece is quite impressive. The woodwork is expertly crafted and and presented in the form of multiple shelves, dresser and cabinets. There’s a spacious double bed with an inspiring bedding print at your disposal. LED TV is placed on the opposite wall, giving you the optimal position for watching your favorite shows. The mini-lounge is composed of a coffee-table and comfy sofa which can also be used as a single bed. The dinette is places in a cozy spot, which is defined by a structural barrier and a decorative wall board. A round table, three chairs and complimentary fresh fruit is awaiting you here. Perfect spot for a breakfast and planning your daytime activities. Instead of a classic kitchen, there are several cabinets and some basic appliances. Namely, fridge, microwave and kettle will meet the needs of a short-term stay. Interesting how the kitchen elements have dual lighting - one set for the work surface and the other for overhead cabinets. The bathroom is a bit modest in size, but sparkly clean and neatly tiled. Shower stall, boiler, washing machine and basic toiletries are ready to use. For a breath of fresh air and view of the local sites, there’s a nice terrace. Note that a large closet is placed in the hallway, providing you with enough space for the contents of your luggage.

Considering the local attractions, Vuk's Monument, Djeram market and Zvezdara municipal building are certainly the most important. The King Alexander Boulevard is a few steps away, giving you easy access to public transport. Tashmaidan Park and St. Mark’s Church are just a few stops by tram or bus. Note that this is an apartment with a garage, which you can use with prior reservations.
