In addition to a simple coffee table, there are some neat carpentry pieces like the composite dresser and vertical cabinet with drawers and wardrobe compartment. The room is enriched with several art paintings and a beautiful room lamp with a carved stand. The corner of the room is adapted into a small office spot, equipped with a work desk and proper office chair. A wide passage separates the living room from the kitchen, which is pretty spacious and well equipped. Our attention is drawn to the dark red cabinets, especially the overhead series with carved ornaments. As for the appliances, we have a classic cooker, fridge and a kettle, which is enough to make coffee or fix a light meal. The second part of the room presents a dining table with nicely designed chairs. Four guests can comfortably sit and enjoy a meal. In the bedroom, we encounter a double bed, wardrobe and a pair of nightstands. With compliments of the owner, clean towels await you neatly folded on the bed. Considering the ambient aesthetics, the panoramic photo of New York showing parts of Brooklyn Bridge is quite the spectacle. The bathroom presents top quality tiles, shower stall, water heater, washing machine and basic sanitation. Lastly, the balcony offers a view of the old Mercator shopping mall, lively green market and old city blocks in the distance.

The New Belgrade Municipality is only a bus stop away, while Danube Quay takes five minutes on foot. The downtown area is a ten-minute ride via public transport. Given the proximity to the river bank, evening entertainment on some of the popular float boats is an exciting prospect.
