PROMENADE is an inexpensive apartment in New Belgrade, located in the popular settlement of Belville. This is a highly functional and splendidly designed lodging, suitable for up to four guests. The living room brings a powerful cosmopolitan feeling, mostly due to the impressive wallpaper photo showing the panorama of New York. This scene and the descended ceiling with spotlights define the dining room ambience. A nice round table and elegant chairs create a pleasant setting for coffee and breakfast in the company of friends. Set along the sidewall is a tall shelf, followed by a massive closet with sliding doors and mirrors. The lounge features top quality woodwork like the coffee-table, low dresser and several floating shelves. The time piece with a petal-shaped encasing is particularly interesting. Also available are the small footrests and comfy corner suite which can be easily folded into a double bed. Orange details like the curtains, pads and cushions really do refresh the overall ambience. The bedroom also features a wallpaper photo, but with a completely different theme. Point-of-view from a sailboat showing a peaceful bay, provides the perfect backdrop for a double bed and ultramarine blue linens. On both sides of the headboard there’re small nightstands with discreet lighting. With compliments of the owner, clean towels await you neatly folded on the bed. The kitchen sports two sets of cabinets and several high-end appliances. Kettle, dishwasher, oven with a timer and cooktop are sufficient for a short-term stay. The bathroom is smaller in size, very clean and tidy. Shower stall, baths, shampoos and basic sanitation are ready to use, while the washing machine is displaced into the pantry (entrance from the kitchen). Lastly, the balcony offers a small seating and an inspiring view of the resort. Perfect spot for a morning coffee and reading newspapers.

Undoubtedly, the Delta City shopping center is the chief local attraction, positioned at a hundred meter distance. The private medical clinic Jedro is also nearby. Multiple lines of public transport stop in the adjacent streets of Yuri Gagarin and Omladinskih Brigada. The prestigious Airport City business center is two stops away, while the congressional Sava Center and Usce mega mall take a ten-minute ride. Given this is an apartment with a garage, free parking is available with prior reservation. As a convenient accommodation for two, possibly four guests, apartment for a day in Belgrade PROMENADE is warmly recommended. Have a nice stay!
