In the other part of the room, we have a comfy sofa and small dining table with robust chairs. Great setup for chatting over a drink or light meal. The kitchen units are cornered, including neatly crafted cabinets, induction cooktop, oven and fridge. Coffee cups, plates and glasses are at your service. In the bathroom, we have first-class ceramics and modern sanitary ware. Guests are provided a shower stall, washing machine, water heater and hairdryer. Baths, shampoos, hygiene and detergent are also ready to use. Note that there’s a large closet in the hallway, so you have plenty of storage space. Lastly, the balcony overlooks tennis courts and large park with lots of greenery.

The location is slightly distanced from the strict city center, but the classic sites remain easily accessible. Botanical Gardens and bohemian Skadarlia take a few stops by public transport. The Pancevo Bridge is very close, which is convenient if you’re looking for in-transit lodging. In addition to legendary sports hall, the Faculty of theology and student dormitory "Karaburma" are also nearby. If you travel by car, street parking is free of charge.
