PHOENIX is a cheap apartment in Belgrade, located in the historical Zemun municipality, part of New Belgrade. The interior is distributed over two rooms, with components of rustic and antique design. This is most notable in the living room, which contains a multitude of handcrafted items. The woven carpets, tablecloth and footstool cover, infuse the room with a domestic charm. Lamp and chandelier racks, also the loom-shaped shelf, are truly masterfuly made. The lavish sofa looks almost like a turkish otoman, which can accommodate two guests for an overnight. Right beside is a cozy armchair with a footstool where you can stretch your legs while watching your favorite TV program. Lengthy coffee table and dresser are made of the finest pieces of mahogany and nicely complement the antique feel of the room; similar can be said for the pair of art prints and Orthodox icons. Within the same room, there’s a four-piece dining set with a beautiful crimson upholestry. A step further, we encounter an assortment of kitchen elements which include a fridge, stove and series of cabinets with cups, glasses and other utensils; here, we notice a very effective combination of creamy veneer, glass and natural wood partitions. The bedroom is discreetly illuminated and equipped with a comfortable double bed; nightstand with fresh towels is set right near the headboard, while the hefty wardrobe occupies the corner of the room. In the bathroom we find a combo of black and cream tiles, with a meticulously crafted mosaic partition. Modern toiletries comprise an in-built cistern and wash basin with cabinets, also water heater, shower stall and washing machine. Indeed, it can be said that the conditions of a short stay are fully satisfactory.

At only a ten-minute drive from the downtown, this location is one of the best in our current offer. The famous Zemun waterfront is only ten minutes on foot.  Also, the Zemun Hospital and Hala Pinki sports center are very close by. With parking options in front of the building, this lodging is suitable for a group of up to four visitors. Its unique interior and lovely ambience will win you over at first glance.
