The living room sports natural materials, be it the actual carpentry or just hints of the natural environment, as depicted by a rocky wallpaper theme. The room features a comfy corner sofa that can also function as a spare bed. Coffee table and dresser are standard, however, a composite shelf on the lateral wall is quite an accomplishment. A host of decorative items, from figurines to scented candles, nicely enrich the overall ambience. We now turn to the other part of the room where a dining table is set for four guests. We notice the masterfully crafted carpentry, complemented by a bowl of fruit and some colorful drawings on the adjacent wall. Transition to the kitchenette is indicated by switching of the flooring material, from parquet to tile. The cabinets are of different sizes and function, with special emphasis on the raw wood textures and mahogany lacquered partitions. Along with the fridge, kettle, microwave and regular oven, there’s a modern coffee maker at your disposal. Next, we encounter the homologous design of the bedrooms, as both of them contain double beds, wardrobes and sets of fresh towels. The only difference is more of an aesthetic matter, and refers to the beautiful landscape photograph adorning the supporting wall. The bathroom packs quite a surprise, due to the combination of gray ceramics, bright green mat and plastic shower curtain. In addition to the classic toiletries, there’s a shower cabin, locker and laundry basket that you can use.

Situated at the core of New Belgrade, this location is undoubtedly one of the best on the real estate market. Hotels IN and Holiday In are in the immediate vicinity, while the Sava Center takes a few hundred meters on foot. The Usce shopping center and New Belgrade Municipality are a couple of stops via public transport. Given its proximity to the Belgrade-Zagreb highway, this apartment is a great option if you’re looking for an in-transit lodging.
