Terms of Use of the Apartments/Accommodation units
As all the apartments are privately owned or leased, please, during your stay in the apartment, take good care of the equipment and follow the house rules. You will receive confirmation of the reservation or information about availability via the platform, e-mail, sms, phone call (conversations are recorded) or chat.
Smoking is not allowed in bedrooms if it is allowed in the accommodation.
Payment
Payment or remaining amount can be paid in cash, bank transfer, Pay Pal or Western union. An advance payment of 20-50% (1. minimum of amount for 1 night, 2. amount depends on the request of the owner and varies from apartment to apartment) of the total amount is necessary for stays over 2 days (non-refundable if cancelled) payable over PAY PAL service (additional 5% will be added for the cost of transfer) or other mentioned payment methods. Transfer cost for bank transfer, Western Union and any other way of payments must include transfer fees. For shorter stays an advance payment is not necessary, your booking is safe either way. However, should you wish to make an advance payment we will accept it.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays there may be:
– a surcharge,
– a different minimum stay
– 100% obligatory pre-payment
Arrival and Departure
When you come into the apartment, our agent will meet you there to handover the keys, sign the contract, receive the payment and to check the facilities together. You will return the keys to the agent on your departure and check the facilities together once more. Please inform us about the exact time of your arrival at least 24 hours in advance so that we could arrange with the agent to meet you or to organize a transport if you ordered one. Check-out time is 12:00 on the last day of the visit, and check-in is after 14:00 of the first day of the visit. If possible, we will do our best to meet your request regarding leaving later or arriving earlier. Taking into account that the apartment might not be vacant in case of earlier arrival or later departure. You are advised to rent an extra day due to extended stay.
First impression not good?
While we strive to meet your expectations and faithfully display all the apartments happens that sometimes guest is not satisfied with what he found for some reason. All the defects is necessary to document with images so that we can confront and penalize owner. In terms of hygiene in the apartments we are rigorous and if the apartment is not what we presented, please contact us immediately no later than 24 hours after check in. Any complaints thereafter will not be considered.
Extending Your Stay
After you arrive, it is possible to extend your visit, depending on the availability of the apartment. In case the apartment is already booked, StaNaDan will try to find you an alternative accommodation, even though we are not obliged to do so by law. No refunds will be given on booking paid and confirmed. If you want to shorten your stay we DO NOT refund unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance
StanNaDan does not cover any insurance.
Privacy
StanNaDan is committed to keep your personal information and information about your stay and not provide it to a third person. StanNaDan is legally bound to provide your information to the police, due to regulation of your stay in Serbia, and to the Tourist Board of Belgrade, due to calculation of the tourist fee. Stan Na Dan or the owner/agent of the apartment/accommodation unit can ask for an ID card or passport to be photographed. If you wish your information not to be provided to someone, please inform us about that. We only collect necessary basic data about our buyers/customers and inform our customers regarding the use of their information. We regularly provide the customers with the opportunity to remove their information from the mailing lists in marketing campaigns. All the information about the users are kept safe and are available only to employees on a need to know basis. Saved data may be transferred to third parties exclusively for data processing if it is necessary to provide the service (e.g. to a legal entity that performs the maintenance of the portal with which the portal has concluded a business and technical cooperation agreement, to Google for analytics, etc.). If you want to be excluded from Google Analytics, you can install an additional program on your web browser HERE. All employees of StanNaDan and business partners are responsible for data privacy protection.
Terms of Cancellation
From the Guest’s Side
As soon as you find out that you don’t need our service any more, we kindly ask you to send us a mail or send SMS on +381 65 42 43 500. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless by prior agreement. Received payment for additional services will be refunded completely(less banking fees).
From Our Side
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances (Acts of God), preventing us from provision of booking services, we will try to find you the alternative accommodation in one of our apartments of the same or a higher quality. You will not be extra charged, the rent you have already paid or the one that is agreed will cover for the costs of the alternative apartment. Should we not be able to find the alternative apartment, and unfortunately, cancel the booking, due to reasons outside of StanNADan’s control we will refund the whole amount you paid(if), and bear no further liabilities pertaining to that.
Legal Obligations and Liabilities Limitations
These terms are pursuant not only to the person / company that performed booking or reservation, but also for all other persons using the apartment. Companies that make the reservation on the account of their employees are liable for the accuracy of the provided information regarding the person(s) that will use the apartment. Persons or companies approving the booking also confirm that they accept the terms of use, and all obligations and liabilities pertaining to them. StanNaDan shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, induced by use of this website, or losses or damages incurred by use of the apartment in regard to fire, flood, act of God, robbery or any other criminal doings.
StanNaDan expressly denies any relationship to or being held liable for any kind of illegal actions carried out by the users of the apartment or the persons escorting them, during the time of their stay in the apartment.
Stan Na dan is not responsible for residence registration to the police and for issuing of that legal document also known as “white paper”. Owners of the apartments are legally responsible for all of the legal actions regarding short term rentals.
Should any dispute arise, it shall be settled by the competent court in Belgrade.
Other information
Viewing the apartments/accommodation units is not possible, as they are mostly already occupied by guests. All apartments/accommodation units that have the Stan Na Dan watermark on their photos were photographed by our photographer and were reviewed before the start of advertising. They were photographed with a wide-angle lens to show each room as better as possible.
