How to write a review

Good or bad, we know that other guests would like to hear what you think about the apartment you stayed in. And let’s face it – today, a personal recommendation is considered the most important !

Sometime after you check out of the apartment, you will receive an email and an SMS notification that it is desirable to write a review and share it with future guests of a particular apartment.

When you receive sms / mail notification, follow the instructions you received or click on the link provided. Enter your opinion in the review form and then click Submit.

After the administrator reviews your impression and if it is in accordance with the guidelines, it will be approved and you will receive an e-mail notification. Offensive words will not be tolerated and such a review will not be approved.

What to pay attention to

The review should be honest, it is of the greatest help when providing unbiased and objective information about the apartment you stayed in. An insincere review will not benefit anyone. Highlight things such as your interaction with the host and their associates, whether the cleanliness is on the level, what is the location of the apartment, whether the apartment is realistically described on the site… simply everything that can help future guests in choosing and booking that very apartment. Help them make up their mind.
