PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Airport transfer – our representative meets you at the airport with your name plate and take you directly to your apartment and get you settled in.

New Belgrade and area from Kalemegdan (old city) to Vracar:

▪ One way- 25 euro for up to 4 persons

▪ Roundtrip- 40 euro for up to 4 persons

Mini bar¹ – we do our best to make you feel at home when you come to our apartments. Therefore we equipped mini-bars with various food and beverages you may use according to your taste and desires. A list of products its quantities and prices can be found in each apartment. We do not refill mini-bars during your stay.

Additional housekeeping service – Should you wish to have additional housekeeping service during your stay, the one time cleaning rates are as follows:

Studios: €10, One Bedroom: €15, Two Bedrooms: €25.

Not applicable to all apartments, please enquire.

Late check-in – 20 euro (10pm-8am). Before booking, inquire about check-in time at the apartment you have the intention to book. Please note that for late arrival deposit of 20% or a minimum stay of one night (depending on what is higher) is required as a guarantee of arrival. Late check in is not applicable to all apartments, contact us for info on chosen apartment.

Groceries and other food products² upon request- to make your stay more comfortable we can fill your fridge with food and drinks for your breakfast or evening snack before you arrive.

Mobile phone use² – in order to avoid high roaming costs, StanNaDan will provide you with a prepaid mobile phone SIM card to use free of charge while in Belgrade. You may buy add-in vouchers of 200.00 or 500.00 dinars and add-up your account.

Purchasing of theatre or concert tickets² – we understand how difficult it can be to find or organize things in the unknown country so we offer our assistance for finding and purchasing tickets for the events you are interested in;

Delivery of flowers and gifts² in Belgrade- we can always help you to surprise your friends, relatives or just people you like by delivering your presents when and where you want.

Dry cleaning and laundry washing² – In order to make your stay more pleasant we also provide dry cleaning and laundry washing services, and the delivery of the cleaned laundry. Use the bags supplied in the apartment to put in the clothes for washing and dry cleaning.

Please note:

StanNaDan is not responsible for any damages to your laundry and dry cleaning since we are just middle man between You and Laundry facilities.

¹ Not all of the apartments have a mini bar.

² Please add another 15% service fee on top of the receipt but not less than 20 EUR. Funds for expenses should be paid into our account by international money order, money transfer, Pay Pal or Western Union prior to your arrival.

Please note that SWIFT payments may take up to 7 days. StanNaDan has to receive the payment prior to your arrival. StanNaDan covers its own bank fees ONLY.
