It is our pleasure to present to you this great two-room apartment, characterized by a simple and effective design. Neutral colors and natural wood textures are the main features of the spacious living room. The lounge suite offers a superior comfort and a potential overnight for two. Dresser and shelves display an elegant combination of matte black and oak veneer, followed by a wicker basket and other handcrafted artifacts. The ambience is enriched with some interesting wall decorations, most notably a surreal landscape and a floating heart. Unobtrusive color of the floors, with plenty of sunlight, has created an atmosphere of lightness and relaxation. The bedroom contains a rather large double bed with a massive wooden frame and sheets with a playful floral pattern; a pair of fresh towels is prepared and ready to use. The kitchen is fairly spacious, so the cabinets are installed on both sides of the room. At your disposal is the fridge, electric kettle, toaster and a cooktop, so you can easily prepare a breakfast after a turbulent night of clubbing. For a slightly bigger meal, shared over a game of cards or a friendly chatter, there’s a complete dining room set for four guests. The bathroom is arranged with high-class ceramics and fitted with a boiler, shower and basic sanitation. Finally, the terrace offers a fantastic view of the complex surrounding the Belgrade Arena. Considering all the available apartments in the vicinity, this one really has the most beautiful panorama of New Belgrade.

Extraordinary location near the E-75 highway is what makes this apartment a convenient in-transit lodging. IN Hotel and Sava Center both are in a walking distance. The New Belgrade Municipality is just a couple of bus stops away. If you’re using a personal vehicle, public parking lots are close to the building.
