Rent-a-flat WOODY is a nice apartment for a day in Belgrade, located at the heart of the old town, right on the South Boulevard. Two-room by structure and very spacious, this apartment stands out with high quality woodwork, completely in accordance with its given name. It’s interesting how the living room is a couple of steps below the level of other rooms, giving the ambience a special feel. We notice the descended ceiling with backlighting, as well as the effective black-white shelf above the LED TV. Central position is occupied by a luxurious seating, including a massive sofa and two super comfortable armchairs. Apart from the modern coffee-table and dresser, there’re no extra details, so the atmosphere is completely relaxed. Particularly interesting is the dining area, located behind a wall window that can also serve as a makeshift bar. The dining table is set for two guests who can enjoy an intimate conversation and a glass of wine. The kitchen segment has multiple cabinets and a large work area, however, practical appliances are reduced to a fridge and basic cooker. We now move to the bedroom and encounter a visual refreshment in the form of yellow-red sheets on a massive double bed. In addition to fresh towels, there’s a mini dresser, classic wardrobe and a closet imbued with sliding doors and mirrors. Evidently, there’s more than enough space for unpacking the contents of your travel bags. The bathroom is equipped with impressive dark blue tiles and a tall cabinet with drawers for hygiene and cosmetics. Along with basic sanitation and heater, the oval shower stall is ready to use.

The South Boulevard is one of the major city roads, so the connection to other parts of the city is excellent. Autokomanda roundabout is a few stops by public transport, while the Church of St. Sava takes about a ten-minute ride.
