Single-bedroom by structure, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere and enough sleeping accommodation for three guests. Considering the living room, detail that immediately captures the eye is the panoramic photo of New York and peculiar metal-framed chandelier. A couple of small format drawings and a wall clock also contribute to the lively and domestic ambient feel. In practical terms, there’s a corner sofa equipped with cushions, followed by a room lamp and a small coffee table. The bar with two stools is the perfect spot for coffee and breakfast. Right beside are the kitchen elements, more precisely, floor and overhead cabinets, kettle, fridge and cooktop. Although a bit modest, the range of equipment is sufficient for preparing a beverage or casual meal. The bedroom offers a comfy French bed, armchair, footrest and a closet with built-in mirrors. Cylindrical chandelier, miniature lamps and painting with acacia flower theme, bring us to the level of elegance. Note that the room has a separate LED TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is clean, impeccably tiled and equipped with a classic bathtub, hygiene products and basic sanitation.
